Capturing Moments: Oh So Festive!

Saturday, 22 December 2012

I'm definitely feeling the Christmas spirit, right now! I still have a fair bit to do beforehand (note to future self: do not leave things right up until the last minute, next year), but besides that we're really getting into things. I've had my share of Christmas music to take me right through to next Christmas, I believe I've already eaten my weight in chocolate and I must have seen every single Christmas movie I've ever heard of. It's great! Now if I can just get my first attempt at Christmas dinner to run smoothly...

This will probably be my last post before the big day! So I just want to wish each and every one of you a lovely Christmas, I hope you're also gorging on good food and looking forward to spending this time with your loved ones. To those who don't celebrate this holiday, have a nice week! Will check in again before the New Year x

P.S I got the cat salt & pepper shakers from my (not-so) Secret Santa at work, how cute!?

  1. Gorgeous photos!! I really want a hot choc with marshmallows now...tonight. I've successfully turned our living room into a winter wonderland, but then ran out of decorations so the rest of the house is normal. Oops!

    1. Thank you! Ah, don't worry! The only 'decorations' I have up in my entire house are my reindeer (of which I have two) and my tree! x

  6. I just found your blog, and I ended up reading every post so far - your pictures are lovely, and those cats have just completely stolen my catlady heart!

The cat salt-and-pepper shakers are amazing. I'm hoping to move out soon, and I've got my eye on all sorts of strange and cute bits to try and make it a 'home' as soon as I move in! Hope you have a lovely Christmas :)

    1. Thank you so much Celyn, I'm flattered.

I think that's the best bit about moving into your first home. Filling it with bits that you really like and giving it personality is so fun, and it's great to watch your home start to take shape. I can't wait to see what it'll look like this time next year, I bet it'll look completely different!

      You too dear x
